Are you interested in joining in for an afternoon of fun with Perth’s LGBTQIA+ Volleyball club? All ability levels are welcome (particularly beginners). The Perth Scorpions prides itself on being an all-inclusive, friendly, respectful, and open club where all people 18 years and older are welcome. We will be hosting a Juniors (ages 13 to 17) have a go day in the coming months.

The Perth Scorpions will be holding a ‘Have-a-Go’ day at Gold Netball Centre on Sunday, Feb 5th from 1pm to 3pm!

Have you ever wanted to master the skills of volleyball? Thought about trying a new sport? Or just wanted to make some new friends? Well Perth Scorpions is the perfect place for you! We will be going back to basics and teaching the ins and outs of volleyball, as well as sharing the love and passion we have for the sport!

If learning more about the sport of volleyball interests you, don’t be shy, come on down and have some fun with us! Still not sure? That’s ok, the session is open to EVERYONE, and it is free of charge.

So, bring a friend or two and make the most of what will be a fun afternoon! RSVP is essential.

Win a $100 Pre Paid VISA Card

There are two ways current members can win a $100 Pre Paid VISA card.

1. Referrals

When an individual registers for the have a go day, they are asked for the name of the member that referred them to participate in the event. This field and a referral is not compulsory for attendance. If that individual then attends the have a go day on Feb 5th, 2023, the person who referred them to the event will get one entry into the draw for a $100 pre-paid VISA card. The more referrals that you get to attend the event, the more entries you have in the draw.

This competition will be drawn the following week at training on the 12th of Feb.

2. Retention

If that same member that you referred then attends training on either Feb 12th or 19th, you will get one entry in to a separate draw for each time they attend (so a maximum of two entries per referral if they attend both sessions). This competition will be drawn on the 22nd of Feb at training.

Terms and Conditions:

• Only current members who have attended a minimum of two training sessions before the have a go day are eligible to win one of the VISA Cards.
• If the individual who attends the event was a previous PSVC member (in the 22/23 summer season), then the referral and competition will not apply to that individual's referring member.
