In May 2020, the Perth Scorpions Volleyball Club officially became an incorporated association.

As an incorporated association we are governed by our Constitution, which sets out the rules by which the Club operates and is managed.

Our existing Constitution uses the sample "Model Rules", and while it has served the Club well in its inaugural year, it’s become clear as we’ve grown and evolved as a Club that having a Constitution written specifically for our Club is needed.
