Dear PSVC Community,

The Committee is busy planning out the next few months of events, including a have a go day, Pride Cup and Adelaide Bash. This planning includes the organisation of the 2023/24 summer season.

For this upcoming season, we have two competitions to offer members, Loftus (Tue and Thur nights) and TVB (Wed nights). Information about these opportunities can be seen below:

Loftus: Tuesday and Thursday Nights

• Length of Season: 24 Weeks
• Start: Week of 11th of September
• End: March/ April 2024
• Grades: A, B, C and Open
• Expected Fees: $500 (Includes participation in one team + weekly training)

TVB: Wednesday Nights

• Length of Season: 3 Weeks of Grading + 10 Weeks of Season + 2 Weeks of Finals
• Start: 6th of September
• End: 13th of December
• Grades: A, B and C
• Expected Fees: $300 (Includes participation in one team + weekly training)

Registration for the season allows us to build preliminary teams, however it does not lock you in to the season or any financial requirements. Once teams are finalised, they will be released to all members to view. Once you have done this, you will have a short period of time to accept your position in the team(s), before the offer lapses. Only once you accept the offer for placement on a team (or multiple teams) will you be provided with an invoice.

Requirements

All members who accept an offer to be on a team must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Gold or Platinum member with VWA
• Must be able to demonstrate a 50% attendance rate to weekly training (if you were placed on a team in past seasons). Members who don't meet this requirement may not be placed in a team.
• Must provide a 50% deposit of fees before the start of round one -or- set up a payment plan for complete the payment of all fees by the end of the respective season(s).
