Personal Accident Insurance
The Perth Scorpions are affiliated with Volleyball WA and are covered by their Public Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance and Personal Accident insurance while involved in volleyball related activities.
As part of our affiliation requirements, all members of Perth Scorpions must be registered with Volleyball WA to be eligible for this insurance. If members are not registered, all insurances, including the affiliates, may become void.
The annual cost of ‘Gold’ level Personal Accident Insurance ($34.00) will be added to membership fees for the 2022/2023 Summer Season only if it was not completed during the 2022 Winter Season. This ensures our duty of care to each member and to maintain the validity of our insurance.
*Note: Personal Accident Insurance is an annual fee and provides coverage from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.
